MEET OUR PASTOR
Timothy Eugene Findley, Jr. is a visionary pastor, seasoned leader, and lifelong advocate for justice and community transformation. He serves as the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Fellowship Christian Life Center & Kingdom Fellowship South Central, one of Louisville’s most dynamic churches, and is also the CEO of ElderServe, the largest senior center dedicated solely to senior services in the state of Kentucky. In addition, he is the founder of Life Development Corporation, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting underserved communities through empowerment and innovation, and the co-owner of Precious Memories Funeral Home in Louisville, KY.
For over two decades, Pastor Findley has remained deeply committed to leadership, community advocacy, and social justice. He is the founder of the Justice and Freedom Coalition, through which he has organized and led dozens of non-violent protests, voter education drives, and demonstrations focused on equity and systemic change.
A powerful voice for the voiceless, Pastor Findley was a 2022 candidate for Mayor of Louisville, running on a platform that sought to build a city where every person is seen, heard, respected, and valued. His leadership extends beyond the pulpit and political platforms—he has been honored as a West Louisville Connector, a 2025 Louisville Business First Health Care Hero, and the 2023 recipient of the Health Equity Impact Award at the CEOc Optimize Conference. He was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from Simmons College of Kentucky in May 2023 and is a graduate of the Leadership Louisville Class of 2016.
Pastor Findley’s public service includes roles as a BMe Fellowship Member, Evolve502 Steering Committee Member, Transition Team Member for Governor Andy Beshear’s Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, and Faith-Based Liaison for Metro Government’s Office of Safe & Healthy Neighborhoods. He was nominated as KIA’s 2020 Political Influencer of the Year, received the LCCC Community Service Award in 2020, and was honored with the Honoring Black Male Achievement Award in 2022 by Community Connections Group and 50/50 Mentoring Collaborative. He currently serves as a member of the Louisville Criminal Justice Commission Board, and was named 2023–2024 Louisville Juneteenth Festival Board Chair. His advocacy continues through his service on the Advisory Board of the Alzheimer’s Association (Louisville Chapter) and the “Love for Louisville” Survivors Fund Committee, which supports those affected by the Old National Bank mass shooting.
Pastor Findley has been featured on a city mural, in Who’s Who Louisville, and on numerous panels dedicated to social and political change. He was also spotlighted in the 2020 Vice Media documentary “God’s Country” for his leadership and prophetic voice in turbulent times.
He and his wife, Keri Findley, are the proud parents of four beautiful daughters: Kendall, Paige, Payton, and Parris.
